The name “Zuleikinha” was attributed by Hildegard Angel, since it was given by Zuzu Angel, who sent fabric leftovers as a donation to her sister in Belo Horizonte who, in her turn, donated them to Maria de Lourdes Costa, who crafted the dolls, affectionately named them “little witches” selling them ate Liberty Square (central area of Belo Horizonte). After Zuzu Angel’s death, Hildegard Angel acquired some dolls, while others were donated. The collection that became parte of the archive began with a donation made by Mrs. Ruth Deodato, wife of musician Eumir Deodato.

Clothes description:
Doll made of fabric patches, dressed in a white lace t-shirt and skirt that mixes prints in red and white polka dot. The waist and hem have a patterned print in yellow, dark green and dark blue, with a white lace frill on the hemline. The dolls hair is yellow and is tied up on the top of the dolls head with a gold ribbon.
