Clothes history: Title attributed to Hildegard Angel, since it wasn’t given by Zuzu Angel. The polybel fabric was crafted through a partnership between the Dona Isabel fabric factory, located in Petrópolis (RJ) and Zuzu Angel. The patterns were created by Zuzu angel and later patented by Hildegard Angel.

Clothes description: Palette with samples of white polybel fabric. The palette has three fabric samples with macaw patterns, in different colors: The first has a pattern of macaws, with a black outline, in light green, dark green, yellow and pink. The second has macaws, with a black outline, in light green, yellow, blue and red. The third has macaws, with a black outline, in purple, light green, light yellow and dark yellow. The top of the palette is stuck with a black label with “Polybel Dona Isabel” in gold written in gold. The front and back of the catalogue are both orange, the front has writings and drawings in purple, dark green, red, dark red and white.

Nightgown [ white with macaws]

Short nightgown, with short sleeves with a patterned fabric with a colored macaws motif. The piece has a fastening at the waist with a lilac satin sash. The upper part is ribbed and has a buttoning made up by two metal snap buttons. The round collar and sleeve hems are frilled. On the front, there are four macaw embroideries, with a black outlines, in orange, yellow and green. The frills were hand sewn and the rest of the piece was machine sewn with a straight and zigzagged seam. The fabric is polybel from Dona Isabel’s factory.
