Content
Promotional booklet announcing the International Dateline Collection gathering copies of the promotional folder for the fashion show held on New York’s department store Miss Bergdorf Goodman along with articles “Angel from Rio”, originally published by Eugenia Sheppard, on New York Post’s Inside Fashion column (17/11/1970) and “Design With Touch of Carmen Miranda Flair”, published by Bernardine Morris, on the New York Times (15/11/1970). Promotional pieces in the press clipping style, conceived by Lisa Curtis (who organized everything for Zuzu in NY). Fashion show held at the Gotham Hotel on 55 street. Later, the hotel was sold to an arab, but it was a reference to designers at the time. Each designer booked a suite, where they held their launch shows. Department stores (Bayer, Saks, etc) would attend and buy items. Models were originally from New York, and the show was entirely organized by Lisa Curtis.
